Availability is first come, first served, and your date is not reserved until payment has been received. Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of your inquiry to secure your order.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible 🤍
Cancellations:
All payments are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins shortly after booking.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your order, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. When notice is given within this timeframe, your booking may be transferred to a new date (based on availability). Although, this is NOT guaranteed.
Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may not be eligible for transfer, as materials and preparation may already be underway.
What are your accepted payment methods?
At this time, The Treat Studio accepts: Zelle, or payment through our direct link.
We do not accept Cash App, Venmo, Check, or Cash.
How soon should I place my order?
Although The Treat Studio is flexible, we recommend 2-4 weeks before your scheduled date. This timeframe helps in case additional materials are needed to complete your vision.

Once your order has been picked up, The Treat Studio is no longer responsible for the condition of your treats. We recommend handling with care and storing as instructed to maintain quality.
Each order is uniquely designed with care and attention to detail. Pricing listed on the menu reflects starting rates and may vary based on your theme, level of detail, and custom requests. Final pricing will always be clearly outlined in your invoice prior to payment.
All orders are contactless pickup. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time for a smooth and seamless experience.
